Account and Sales Manager - R&D Chemistry and Biotech

We are looking for a committed and talented account and sales manager who can complement our scientific skills with marketing experience.

The focus of activities should be on the acquisition of new customers and business development on the German and European market. In addition, you will work closely with other departments in the company and maintain external relationships with customers and partners.

Your tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customers and partners.
  • Presentation of the competence and experience of GenoSynth.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Additional tasks:

  • In-house analysis of marketing strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Preparation of presentations, project documentation and other materials.
  • Collaboration on the company's online presence.

You are:

  • Expert in setting up and developing customer and market strategies (with regard to analysis, planning, strategy).
  • Competent negotiating partner and a solution-oriented person with creative ideas.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.

Good to have:

  • 2 years of professional experience in marketing, sales or customer care.
  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English.
